Monkey Bread Reciepe

I wanted to share my favorite and super easy dessert.

Monkey Bread  some people call it pull apart bread its all the same thing.

PAM
1 bread pan or bunt pan
1 can of jumbo biscuits
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of  cinnamon
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of vanilla extract

So take your pan and spray it with the PAM set it aside.
Preheat your oven to 375
Take your can of jumbo biscuits and pull them in half ( you should have 2 circles not have moons)
then take your pieces and cut them into quarters try not to mash them when you cut them. In a bowl combine your  sugar, cinnamon, butter and vanilla extract mixing them really well, you want to break down the butter as much as possible. Begin to coat your pieces of biscuits in the mixture and then simply drop them in the pan you do not want to mush the pieces down since this is a fluffy dish and the biscuits themselves will rise. Once all the pieces are coated, take any left over mixture and pour this directly into the pan.
Pop your pan into the oven and set your self a time for 10-15 mins. I leave the time a bit open because the texture of the pieces are to your preference. I like my monkey bread to be doughy so I do 10 mins in the oven.

Viola you have a yummy anytime of the day dessert
